Preferred Voice and Comporium Expand Agreement to Offer Multiple Voice Recognition Services

Comporium to Offer Enhanced Voice Services to Its Customers in South Carolina

DALLAS, April 27 - Preferred Voice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PFVI - news) today announced that it has reached an agreement to expand its multi-year contract with Comporium Communications (formerly Rock Hill Telephone Company) of Rockhill, South Carolina. The expanded agreement will enable Comporium to market a suite of Preferred Voice's enhanced voice services including voice activated dialing, voicemail navigation, voice accessed content, voice calling cards and voice telephone receptionist. Comporium will become the first Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) in the US to offer such a comprehensive list of voice recognition services to its residential and business subscribers. Initial product launch is planned for the third quarter of this year.

Preferred Voice has signed agreements with 30 telecom carriers, including wireless carriers, CLECs and ILECs, which operate in 34 states. The Company is now in the process of a nationwide expansion for its service offerings with the initial deployment having taken place in the U.S. Midwest and Northeastern markets. The Company now has successfully deployed its voice-enhanced services with eight different carriers, in eight states. This is Preferred Voice's first major ILEC voice technology deployment that would include multiple services offerings.
