Preferred Voice Adds Thumb Cellular Systems
Preferred's Voice Services To Be Offered in Michigan By Year's End by 38th
Carrier
DALLAS, TX Aug 15, 2001-- Preferred Voice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: PFVI) announced today that it has entered into a marketing agreement with
Thumb Cellular Limited Partnership located in Michigan to begin offering its
speech recognition services by the end of the fourth Quarter of 2001. Thumb
Cellular will begin making Preferred's voice-activated dialing service available
to its entire subscriber base through a special arrangement with Preferred
Voice. Preferred Voice has similar arrangements with other major wireless
carriers. The Company's voice-activated dialing is a trend-setting new feature
that offers a safer alternative to touch-tone dialing to place phone calls while
driving.
