Pioneer / Enid Cellular Launches Preferred Voice's Voice Dialing Services To All
Subscribers
Product Rollout Follows First Successful 5ESS/ IS41 Voice Dial

DALLAS, TX Sept 04, 2001-- Preferred Voice, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: PFVI) announced today that it has successfully completed
installation of its voice recognition platform for Oklahoma based Pioneer/Enid
Cellular and have begun providing voice-activated dialing services to
Pioneer/Enid Cellular's entire subscribers base. Through special arrangement
with Preferred Voice, Pioneer/ Enid will be offering this new service to all its
subscribers at no charge during an introductory period. Voice-activated dialing
is a trend-setting new feature that offers a safer alternative to touch-tone
dialing to place phone calls. Service will be made available this month and
subscribers notified of this offer throughout the coming months.

This installation was the first successful voice
recognition integration completed with a 5ESS / IS41 using Redirection
Directive. The Redirection Directive features release link capabilities that
allow for greater port utilization and lower costs for both the carrier and
user. Preferred Voice has now successfully installed and deployed its voice
recognition service platform in all major telecom switching environments for
both wireless and wireline carriers.
