Internet Speech Signs Agreement With Preferred Voice To Deliver Speech-Driven
Email Manager To Telecom Carriers
New Service Will Allow Wireless And Wireline Users To Hear And Respond To
Emails From Any Phone By Using Their Voice
DALLAS, TX. Nov. 07,
2001-- Preferred Voice, Inc. (OTC BB: PFVI) said today that San Jose, CA. based,
voice technology company Internet Speech, Inc., has entered into a strategic
alliance agreement for Preferred Voice to begin marketing a new email management
service that enables users to send and receive personal emails by voice command
from any phone in the US. The new service utilizes voice recognition
technologies developed by both companies and will be delivered over Preferred
Voice's private SS7 VoIP network. The service will be available to both wireless
and wireline carriers, as well as certain Enterprise distributors, as early as
the first Quarter of 2002.

service delivery to telecom carriers worldwide.
