Preferred Voice Announces Completion of Equity Offering
DALLAS, TX. Nov. 26, 2001-- Preferred Voice, Inc. (OTC BB: PFVI) announced the
completion of a private equity offering that raised $3 million in gross proceeds
from institutional and individual investors. This additional capital will
support the Company's continued deployment of its speech recognition services
and technologies to telecommunications carriers, application providers and
enterprise partners.
"The successful completion of the Private Placement
keeps the company on track to complete its deployment schedule and reach our
financial goal of breakeven by the end of the second quarter of calendar 2002"
said Bill Schereck, President and COO. While terms of the private placement were
