Preferred Voice Names Dr. Davinder Sethi To Its Advisory Board
DALLAS, TX. -- (April 11, 2002) -- Preferred Voice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
PFVI), the leading network-based speech application provider, announced today
that they have named Dr. Davinder Sethi to the company's Advisory Board.

investment banking experience will add to our aggressive sales and business

Dr. Sethi is currently the Vice Chairman and CFO of Entrada Networks, a
storage networking and network connectivity company. He has been an independent
advisor in information technology and finance for over 20 years with experience
spanning academia, research, business and investment banking. In 1999 and 2000,
he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of iPing, Inc., a notification
company linking the web and the telephone networks. Previously, he served as
Director and Senior Advisor to Barclays de Zoete Wedd, advising major global
providers of information technologies to develop and execute corporate
development opportunities. Sethi has also spent time at Bell Laboratories and
AT&T. He holds a Ph.D. and MS in Operations Research, Economics and
Statistics from UC Berkley, and is a graduate of the Executive Management
Program from Penn State.
