Preferred Voice leads the market in products that enable service providers and carriers to deliver a full range of integrated mobile services to their subscribers. Our offerings are centered on PVI’s Global Application Platform or “GAP.” The GAP system is a networked combination of next-generation Windows-based servers that incorporate proprietary software and various service blades for rapidly engineering and deploying new telephony, web, SMS, and WAP based applications. The Global Application Platform is capable of hosting a number of simultaneous interactive applications using innovative system versatility and multiple service capabilities are key attributes. PVI provides a number of ‘value added’ applications known as ‘My Phone Services Suite’ that can operate on its platform, thus reducing risk in the overall deployment investment. Rockin’ Ringback™

Entertain callers while they wait! PVI’s Rockin’ Ringback lets subscribers send a message through music – before a call is even answered. This network-based service allows subscribers to replace the familiar ‘ring, ring’ that callers normally hear with a popular song, personalized message or even an advertisement. Ringbacks can be specified by caller, group, or time of day!

Ad BackSM

The next ringback program for a carrier’s Enterprise customers. This enhancement gives the Enterprise customer the ability to utilize 20-30 seconds of advertising space and play the Ad to every caller who calls any number assigned to their business. The advertisement can be set to music, can be pre or post pended with music or voice text – the full array of possibilities is only limited by what the Enterprise wants to say and the imagination and creativity of the entity putting together the advertisement.

Content Suite
