Preferred Voice, Inc. (PVI) is a pioneer and leader in the design, development and deployment of enhanced telephony services to telecommunications carriers since 1998. PVI has concentrated its efforts primarily in the wireless market place, but in early 2003, we began our development plan of additional product offerings with a seamless integration of the latest in intelligent networking technology that would allow us to remarket to our carrier base and expand beyond.

Mobile entertainment has reached huge acceptance in foreign markets and the US marketplace is primed for delivery. ‘My Phone Services Suite’ is the application suite developed from the ground up for the mobile lifestyle. The mobile lifestyle is geared towards the growing personalization aspect of communications. Personalization started with the ringtones market, initially scoffed at by many cell phone users and industry analysts, has ballooned into a huge business with revenues of $4B worldwide in 2004. ‘My Phone Services Suite’ is the next generation of personalization. ‘My Phone Services Suite’ has a core network based address book that is integrated with services like Rockin’ Ringback, Push-2-Connect, SmartLine, and Voice Activated Dialing. According to Strategy Analytics, the personalization sector will command 8% of the global data revenues of $189B by 2009. These products are continuously being improved to include innovations that improve the subscriber’s experience and help to control operations expense of the service provider.

In the US, Preferred Voice was the first to launch a ringback service, called Rockin’ Ringback, and has announced a second customer. Preferred Voice was followed by Verizon’s limited launch in two geographic markets in California and T-Mobile’s nationwide launch earlier this year. Rockin’ Ringback is the flagship product of ‘My Phone Services’suite that is based on the Preferred Voice Global Application Platform (GAP); a unified platform integrating telecommunications applications, easy-to-use subscriber web interfaces, simplified billing and provisioning interfaces, and the latest in intelligent networking technology. These products are continuously being improved to include innovations that improve the subscriber’s experience and help to control operations expense. The carrier can leverage a rapid speed-to-market strategy utilizing the capability of the GAP by activating new services and assembling multiple/bundled offers to their subscribers.

The global market opportunity for ringback service should proliferate and according to Strategic Analytics, global revenues for the ringback application were $436M in 2004 growing to $2.7B in 2009. Preferred Voice sits at the intersection of two of the most successful areas of wireless data:
